The IGU Commission on Tourism, Leisure and Global Change will organise pre-congress meeting at the Point Hotel, Kangaroo Point, Brisbane, 30th June to 1st July 2006. The local organiser is Professor Michael Hall, Department of Tourism, University of Otago. Please note that registration for the pre-congress meeting will need to be done through the Department of Tourism, University of Otago.

The main theme of the pre-congress meeting is Tourism, Leisure and Global Change. Important Deadlines

24 February 2006 - deadline for receipt of abstracts for symposium. Abstracts may be received after this date but we will not be able to guarantee that we will have the capacity to host all papers.

1 April 2006 – end of early bird meeting rates
