Registration Notes:
Registration includes:
- Lunch on Friday during the excursion; the Banquet on Sat; and coffee breaks on Thursday and Saturday.
- A full day excursion to southeastern Martinique on Friday, including lunch.
- Airport transfer to the conference hotel on Thursday and to the airport on Sunday.
- Participants must inform conference organizers of arrival time by January 10, 2011.
- Participants arriving on other days must arrange their own transportation.

CONFERENCE PUBLICATIONS
Several post-conference publications are planned of selected papers for the conference. All participants are welcome to submit papers for the proceedings. Completed papers should be brought to the conference. The editors will make final decisions on which papers to accept.
The Proceedings may be published in digital form (online) only.
Please format papers for consideration in the book at 1.5 line spacing, 1 inch or 2.5cm margins, APA or other widely accepted referencing. No abstract is needed. Include a biographical note and full contact information on the authors. Papers must not have been previously published or under copyright restrictions
FIELD TRIPS
CONFERENCE FIELD TRIP TO SOUTHEASTERN MARTINIQUE
The full-day conference field trip will be to the southeast of Martinique. This is included in the conference registration fee. We will visit:
(1) The Marina of "le Marin"
(2) The village of Sainte-Anne (traditional village + Club Med + a sustainable development plan)
(3) The beaches of St. Anne (including the management of coastal salt lagoons)MARTINIQUE EXCURSIONS
If you are staying longer in Martinique, you may want to consider the following excursions. The conerence organizers are at your disposal to provide further information and assistance.
1 / Snorkel trip to the southeast side of Martinique - requires rental car*
2 / Day trip on the island of St. Lucia by Catamaran (150 euros for meals and transportation)
3 / Visit the beaches at La Pointe du Bout (south of the bay at Fort-de-France) - transport by boat - no rental car needed
4 / Visit beaches on the south side of the island - requires car rental*
5 / Excursion to the north of the Martinique (Pelé mountain and the town of Saint-Pierre) - requires car rental** € 25-30 euros to rent a car per day
