Conference Registration includes:
- A single room in a 4-star hotel for four nights (July 7 to 11; check out on July 11, 2007); double room with spouse; and a double room in a lower star hotel for students
- All the meals during the conference starting with breakfast on July 8, and including the conference banquet on July 10
- A half-day excursion to Macau; an evening visit to heritage sites in Guangzhou; a spa experience after the banquet

- Transport from the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport on July 7, and to the airport on July 11 - To participate in airport pickup, you must inform the conference organizers of your arrival and departure days and times, and flight numbers, by June 15.

- Conference program packet; Spouses do not receive the program packet, but do receive meals, excursion and transport.
- No discount or refund will be given for guests staying less that four nights at the conference hotel

 

Conference Registration Refund Policy: The Conference Registration fee is fully refundable before 1 June 2007; 50% before 15 June 2007; No refunds are possible after 15 June 2007

 

PARTICIPANTS MUST OBTAIN A DOUBLE ENTRY (or Multiple Entry) VISA TO RETURN TO CHINA AFTER THE MACAU EXCURSION. If you do not have a double entry visa, you will not be able to participate in this excursion.

 

Additional nights may be reserved in Guangzhou before and after the conference with this form. Additional nights may also be reserved after the field trip in Guangzhou. Cost is US$40 for a single and US$60 for a double for each night. You will be charged for the additional nights when you check out of your hotel. IF YOU REQUIRE ADDITIONAL NIGHTS, PLEASE INDICATE WHICH NIGHTS YOU WANT TO RESERVE and ADD THE COST TO YOUR TOTAL PAYMENT:

POST-CONFERENCE FIELD TRIP
RESERVATION AND DEPOSITS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 1 JUNE 2007

Itinerary: Depart Guangzhou on 11 July 2007; Return to Guangzhou on evening of 13 July 2007; Depart Guangzhou on own on 14 July 2007. Please see the Field Trip web page for additional itinerary information.

 

Price: US$210 per person for double occupancy accommodations. All meals, transportation and group excursions and entrance fees are included. Single travelers who are not sharing a room will be allowed, based on available space and will be required to pay a single supplement of $90. Conference organizers will help to facilitate room sharing, but cannot guarantee that an appropriate roommate will be found. Discounts can be arranged for children sharing a room with two adults.
