- July 7 (Sat): Arrival in Guangzhou; Registration Desk open in afternoon
- July 8 (Sun): Keynote speeches in the morning, followed by parallel paper
sessions, and an evening excursion to heritage areas of Guangzhou
- July 9 (Mon): Keynote speeches in the morning, with an afternoon excursion
to a Macau
- PARTICIPANTS MUST OBTAIN A DOUBLE ENTRY (or Multiple Entry) VISA TO RETURN TO CHINA AFTER THE MACAU EXCURSION. If you do not have a double entry visa, you will not be able to participate in this excursion.
- An alternative field trip to sites in Guangzhou will be offered for those who can not go to Macau, or who prefer to visit Guangzhou sites instead.
- July 10 (Tue): parallel paper sessions; Banquet and Spa experience in evening
- July 11 to 14: Optional Post-Conference

Conference Fee:
US$495 (early); $535 (regular); $575 (late), which includes:
- registration fee
- accommodation for four nights (checkin July 7, checkout July 11)
- meals starting with breakfast on July 8, and include the conference banquet and spa experience on July 10

Post-Conference GUANGDONG PROVINCE FIELD TRIP
- July 11 to 14
The field trip will be to the homeland of many of China's Overseas Chinese diaspora population. The conference field trip will visit these village areas of rural Guangdong Province, as well as a very popular domestic nature tourism destination. (3 Days, 3 Nights, all inclusive, US$210/person double occupancy, US$300/single)
