Conference Registration includes:
- A single room in a 4-star hotel for four nights (July 6 to 9; check out on July 10, 2005); double room with spouse; and a double room in a lower star hotel for students
- All the meals during the conference starting with breakfast on July 7, and including the conference banquet on July 9
- A half-day excursion on July 8 to Dai Villages; and a half-day excursion to the China-Myanmar border on July 9

- Transport from the Jinghong Airport on July 6, and to the airport on July 10 - You must inform the conference organizers of your arrival and departure days and times, and flight numbers, by June 15.

- Conference program packet; Spouses do not receive the program packet, but do receive meals, excursion and transport.
- No discount or refund will be given for guests staying less that four nights at the conference hotel

 

Additional nights may be reserved with this form. Cost is US$40 for a single and US$60 for a double for each night. You will be charged for the additional nights when you check out of your hotel. POST-CONFERENCE FIELD TRIP - RESERVATION AND DEPOSITS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 30 MARCH 2005

Itinerary: Depart Jinghong, Xishuangbanna, on 10 July 2005; Return to Jinghong on 15 July 2005. Please see the Field Trip web page for additional itinerary information.

 

Price: US$550 per person for double occupancy accommodations. All meals, transportation and group excursions and entrance fees are included. Visa fees for Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar are included (but not for China). Single travelers who are not sharing a room will be allowed, based on available spaceand will be required to pay a single supplement of $150. Conference organizers will help to facilitate room sharing, but cannot guarantee that an appropriate roommate will be found. Discounts can be arranged for children sharing a room with two adults.
