Hi All,

Here is clarification on the "new" travel rules. We are now being required to follow some policies that have been in place but adhered to loosely. These are auditing requirements. For the international travel - Alan, your travel on the international carrier is okay...but they are now requiring three quotes on airfare for each trip including this one. I don't yet have an answer on an
easy way to do this...but I am sure there is one.

On the 21 day advance rule....it is preferred that travel arrangements be made at least 21 days in advance - however, it is understood that this is not always possible. The reasoning is to help defer higher costs. If travel arrangements are not made 21 days in advance I will just need an email or memo stating why.

So everyone - if you are flying...please provide me with three quotes for airfare if you fly, and I will try to cover the rest of the rules myself, and if I need anything more on specific trips I will let you know.

Hope this helps.

Debbie
