A couple of comments from students who took GGR 240 online in Summer 2003

I just wanted to say thanks! Your class was one of the
best I’ve ever taken over the internet. It was more
difficult then I thought it would be, but I learned a
lot from your class. I hope other classes I take over
the internet are as well ran and as easy to follow as
yours was.

Thanks again and I appreciate the effort you put forth
in the development of the course.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you before I sign off
for the summer! This course is one of the better ones I
have ever been enrolled in at NAU (web or traditional).
I liked the structure of the class too. The course was
organized nicely. The quiz set up was great. It would
have been nice to go back through on missed questions (I
occassionally jumped the gun and pressed next instead of
save). Having to find the answers to every question and
the neat assignment choices allowed me to really get
involved in the class. I am usually very quite in a
classroom. I am afraid to share my ideas. So,
geography has always been difficult. This course
allowed me to come out of my shell and really explore
the subject. Thank you for a great 4.5 week program!
