There are a large number of motels, inns and suites within easy walking distance of the south end of the NAU campus where the conference will be held.  Because the university will be in session during the conference, parking on campus may be difficult.  Hampton Inn is probably the closest to the meeting venues and a special conference rate has been arranged with them (see below).  For information on other facilities and for general tourist information contact the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce at 1-800-842-7293 or (520) 774-9541, or visite them them at: http://www.flagstaff.az.us/

For students:  You might consider the American Association of International Hostels, located near the northern end of campus.  A free shuttle bus runs from the north to south end of campus.  Phone 1-800-398-7112 or (520) 774-6731.  A dorm style room is for  4 people, includes bathroom facilities and is $13.00 per night per person.  A single room fits 2 people, has its own bathroom, and is $25.00 per night.  The hostel is a communal house with cooking facilities, a pool table, and free bagels, tea, and coffee.
